Simply uninstall the app from your device. Your location data will be deleted in 2-3 days. Accounts without activity will be deleted automatically in 3 months.

Yes! You can “Force Stop” sending notifications, notifications on reaching and leaving of “My Places” and battery alerts too.

Yes! If you wish, you can disable the entry and exit notifications and low battery warnings.

No. You cannot delete your History.

No! The trac is an opt-in app. For someone to find your location using trac, you have to give them permission by accepting their invitation. Without your permission, no one can track your device.

Once the person has stopped sharing their location, you will receive a notification and also, once you click the contact, you can see “untrack”.

No. The app stops tracking your device once the user has removed your device from their list or if you have removed their contact from your list.

Updating the app will add a new feature or fix compatibility issues of the app with your device. No logs and existing process will be affected.

Yes! Once you reactivate an deactivated account, you will be given access to your previous details but as the history will be in our database for only 1 month time period, if you activate the account later than 1 month time, your history alone will be cleared.

Along with your current location, an emergency warning will be sent to all your listed emergency contacts, both as notifications and Email.

No. This app doesn’t support auto emergency alerts. It always needs consent from the user.

No. The app doesn’t support pre-timed or drafted emergency alerts features.

Yes. We register your location data in our database, to use only in case of emergency and the data will be auto-deleted from the database after a period of 30 days.

We respect your privacy. The App collects only the needed “minimal” data from your device to locate you.

1. We save your account’s data.
2. Your device’s information (Device name, Device ID,model)
3. Your recent 1 month history of geolocation. All out-of-date locations are removed from the database.

In order to operate perfectly, the app will access some of the data from your smartphone or device, like : Location / Map, Contacts List, Camera, Battery, Library, including GPS and WiFi.

The data collected will be saved in an encrypted form. Direct access to the data is not possible and the data will be removed in 30 days, by design.

As you Sign In with Google Email ID and password, you can register any number of devices with the same account. All you need is to install the app in the device and register using the existing Email ID and password.

If you are installing for the first time, you will be downloading the latest version. If you have already installed, the app is “auto-update”, so with every new feature, you will be updated and will be up-to-date.

Location Accuracy depends basically on factors like neighborhood, your’s as well as the contact’s device’s WiFi and network signal condition.

Having the device’s WiFi turned ON means, the sensors will always try to detect the nearby WiFi base stations and hence accurate location can be identified based on that information.

In order to send or receive exact locations, make sure :

1. Both the devices have Location/ Map services turned ON
2. Both devices have the app running in front.
3. Both the devices have WiFi and GPS turned ON.
4. Make sure both the devices have good percentage of battery .

Your device must be configured before tracking. In case of issues in connecting the device, please contact us.

Please follow the following guidelines.

1. Make sure your device supports an active SIM card with an active internet plan and also connected to WiFi.
2. Turn ON, your device’s Location Map, GPS and set your Time Zone.
3. Download the app and sign up with a new account / sign in with an existing account.
4. Fill in the needed details and enter the contacts you wish to track. Make sure the contacts too have the app installed in their smartphone or tablet.
5. Your smartphone is ready to track, send and receive data!

There could be few possible reasons, like :

1. No network availability (either for you or for the contact).
2. The contact’s device might have been turned off or ran out of battery or not functioning.
3. The contact’s GPS or Location Map may be turned off.
4. The WiFi for the other person might have turned off.

Backend or in front, in iPhone or Android devices, it’s normal battery consumption, even if the app runs for throughout the day. The consumption rate varies with model and conditions. It is recommended that before carrying out any activity, please ensure your device’s battery is fully charged and turn off rest of the non-using apps, to optimize battery life.

You can always sign up for a new account in Google or Gmail and then with that established login, you can sign in to the trac.

Since your sign in is your Google account, only you, the account owner, can recover the mail password. We cannot help you in recovering passwords.

The first way to handle troubleshooting issues is to make sure you are using the latest version of the app. In odd cases, if there’s still issue, uninstall and install the app again.

1. Sign In to your account and go to Map page.
2. Select “Download Report”.
3. Select your option, like history type and file format.
4. Click on the “Download” and your report will be downloaded and saved in your device.

The data in My History is only the past 30 days’ activity. By design, the data will be removed from database after 30 days.
